Plan.

So, I think I will be picking up two little girls tomorrow at 10 am.

One is 2 years old and the other is one year old.

I think I might be crazy, but I can't help it...

...because I love them already.

Cannot WAIT to hear more about them once you get to meet them! You are lucky you have overnight to prepare. Both of my placements have been emergency placements and I haven't had ANY time to prepare.

There is no rush like a new placement rush. Love the quote above about Something is wrong if our lives make sense to unbelievers!

:) If you think about it, our lives REALLY should be a reality TV show. MILLIONS of viewers would turn in weekly to watch!!!! Have fun with all your 'pink'!!!! :)

Sitting in the back of the room in our 2 4 year olds class I heard the teacher telling the story of Zechariah and Elizabeth. The teacher told the kids about Zechariah not being able to speak while they waited for their baby to be born. Teacher said, "It takes quite a while for a baby to actually be born."

I smiled and thought to myself that our 4 year olds could have well thought that sometimes it takes as little time as an hour for a baby to come to our house.

Foster care gives one a whole different slant on life.

Not crazy, just inspiring and encouraging to me! I think I need to save your whole blog and then come back and read it all 10 years from now, when I am (hopefully) on this journey. : )

Excited to follow along as you open your home to two little girls. Lots of prayers!!
