She has been texting me all day telling me that she has been talking to Legal dad's girlfriend on the phone and that she said he is doing drugs constantly. Wouldn't it be nice if SOMEONE would actually enforce him having to take a drug test!??!? He has not taken ONE since this case started.
Mom wants me to tell the social worker that she is worried about him being around Lizzy because of the drugs...ok Mom, you just ran out of state, but I am sure that the social worker will still take everything you say VERY seriously....

well, the social worker was more than happy to say "well, i can just say it was reported to me that he is doing drug-which it was" and plans to drop him on the spot at the visit today :)
the only bad part is that he is on SO many medications that he tends to drop positive for things he is prescribed.
He shouldn't be anywhere near her is he's using....I'm sure he will have a million excuses why he is positive. One another note.....why are there so many young women willing to date such losers? Very sad!
Ugh. Praying for the judge that this case is put before, that they will put Lizzy's best interests first, and wrap this case up as quickly as possible so that your family can begin putting the mess (hate to use that word to describe her parents, but I don't know a better word!) behind you, and begin healing and permanent attachment for Lizzy.
