It is. You are a great mom and you don't let her do everything she wants to do and you love her more than she can stand right now. Hang in there and be the awesome mom you are and don't change anything.
Sorry you are having a rough time. I get it. (((hugs)))
My little Missy has been on a sugar free diet (candida diet so that includes fruit) since Thursday. Suddenly she was sweet as could be, and then she was horrid and today she's great. So, can't be the sugar. Is it me :-) lol!!
She's fortunate, blessed rather, to have you working so hard to help her get on track. I don't know you, but I can hear that you will go to great lengths for this little girl. Sincerely Casey http://asinglefostermomsdiary.blogspot.com/
Hang in there! These foster and adopt kids are steps forward and then steps back. Have you ever looked into RAD - Reactive Attachment Disorder. Many foster kids have symptoms of it, whether or not they meet the official clinical diagnosis. In fact, I read a statistic last week, 80% of foster kids who were removed from biological parents in the 1st year of life have RAD tendencies.
