ughh. That is ridiculous. Any idea when that will be? Ours are within 5 days of apprehension. They should have gotten permission when they first started looking for her, not when they found her.
I was just looking back at where your family was a year ago. I hope that Lizzy had a very Happy Birthday! amongst all the craziness of the past week in your house. <3
