You probably know that in our state there are new policies about parental complaints. Every complaint no matter how wrong, even if the licensing workers know that the accusations are not well founded, they are now required to investigate. The workers are not happy about it and it puts a lot more work on their desks and it is very wrong to the foster families.
We haven't been able to meet our boys' bio mom because she files false accusations against their sister's foster home every week. We live in fear that we are next.

this is awful. and the reason it's so hard to find/keep good foster parents!
