Hallelujah.

There is something about hearing you adopted child sing "Hallelujah" along with this song that makes you want to fall down on your face and cry out to God in thanks for what HE has done.

I could have been like so many others that said "I just couldn't do it, I couldn't give them back", but instead I said YES! I will do it, even if I get hurt in the end.

And look what God did when I did that.

Just wanted to say thank you. I am still in the trenches with my beloved foster baby working towards adopting her. Your post today reminded me that God is in control and He has a plan. Thanks so much.

couldn't have said it better. Look what God can do when we say, "Yes".

Yes - and when my 5 yr. old daughter (adopted now) tells her biological mom about the gospel on her visits .... that is amazing!

It always brings tears to my eyes to see foster children, who never heard the name of Jesus without profanity, to be singing His praises!

..."even if I get hurt" I remind myself of that daily. Even if no one understands why I would do it.

Excellently written!!!

This quote has really spoken to em lately when I hear others say they couldn;t ever do Foster Care...
“We have to love until it hurts. It is not enough to say, ‘I love.’ We must put that love into a living action. And how do we do that? By giving until it hurts.”- Mother Teresa
God call's us to love. Always. Sometimes it'll hurt but when we follow God's plan the Blessings are amazing. Thank you for sharing.
