If this actually happens the GAL is going to file a motion to have the visits stopped.

I am trying, they just are dealing with a social worker who lies, she says that the visits are "better some days than others" when she is in court and they are worried about ruffling her feathers. I already did at the last visit when she tried to claim that I had a "problem" with the visits (as if I shouldn't have a problem with this) I talked to her supervisor and told them all about what SHE has been doing and they weren't happy.

Now, we'll see if ANYONE actually does what they say they are going to do.MamaFosterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16347829013467691443noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-43056709404910466.post-59013028912906126102010-11-04T21:36:35.823-07:002010-11-04T21:36:35.823-07:00I would pester L's GAL daily until he/she witn...I would pester L's GAL daily until he/she witnesses a visit w/legal dad and files something to stop them or change them to supervised by a therapist instead of a social worker. This is truly cruel and unusual punishment for a child who has done nothing wrong.Dianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18224986881551392108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-43056709404910466.post-21930114138578323382010-11-04T19:23:00.382-07:002010-11-04T19:23:00.382-07:00I so so so understand this! He was returned home to a still crazy and unstable situation over 2 yrs ago.

We still see him often and he still considers me his mama. Visits are great until time to take him home. He cries, screams, begs not to leave. Yet I have no choice. He is my son and always will be, yet I cannot protect him. I have faith that the Lord keeps His hand on him and will keep him safe. But the pain and purgatory are still there!Missional Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18007045890708408269noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-43056709404910466.post-51670435950880858932010-11-04T19:06:24.854-07:002010-11-04T19:06:24.854-07:00God bless you for loving God's little lambs.
